Important Notice: For your safety and in compliance with health regulations, certain men's grooming products including beard oils, grooming creams, liquid skincare products with pumps, grooming serums with droppers, and intimate grooming products have stricter return requirements due to hygiene considerations.

Standard return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless:

We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping methods for your protection. GentleMastersCare cannot assume liability for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
